Privacy policies:

The people behind Jidoosha Motor works, takes its clients personal information very seriously. We work hard with credit card processing companies to ensure that your transactions are processed fast, safe and secure. All orders must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card, no exceptions. If you do require that your order is shipped to an alternate address, arrangements must be made with your credit card company, to get the alternate address on file. This is the only way that orders can be shipped to an alternate address. We do not sell or distribute any of your information, we do how ever send out promotional information from time to time. If you wish not to receive any of this information just contact us and we will stop sending you information regarding J.M.W.

International Orders:
All International orders must be prepaid either, U.S. Money Order, Certified check, or a bank wire. International orders cannot be prepaid by credit card, other arrangements must be made. Please contact us via email ( Daniel@jidooshamotorworks.com ) for International order inquiries.

Warranty:

All items purchased from J.M.W. are covered under the manufacturer warranty.  J.M.W.  does not assume any responsibility on any product purchased from J.M.W. In the unfortunate event that a product does need to be warrantied, please contact us so we can expedite this process and get it resolved. The installation of aftermarket parts may void your vehicles factory warranty, you may want to consult your car dealer and local laws before installing any aftermarket products on your car.

Product Installations:
All products purchased from J.M.W. are to be for “off road use only”. We at J.M.W. are not responsible for any violations the installations of these parts may cause, or the damage resulting form any of the performance up grades done to the vehicle. It is best that you refer to the factory warranty prior to installation. It is also recommended that you have a certified mechanic install your products.

Missing parts/ Missing Instructions:
If for some reason , you feel like you are missing parts, or instructions, please contact us so we can assist you. If the directions you receive are in a foreign language, you can either obtain an English version through us or the manufacturer, please contact us if this occurs, or if you feel you are missing any parts.

Shipping Problems:
Jidoosha Motor Works is not responsible for any damage that results during transport. We take as many precautions  as we can to ensure that your product arrives in one piece with out any damage, bat accidents can still occur. All packages are insured for the full dollar amount. If one of your packages arrives damaged, save all original packing and contact J.M.W. immediately. Before signing for the product please inspect the contents of the package.

Billing Problems:
Jidoosha Motor Works only charges products once they are shipped out to you. Every card is authorized once the order is placed , but no funds are chaged or collected until your order ships out. This makes it very easy for us to avoid billing issues, but in the rare case one does occur or you feel that there may be a mistake, please contact us immediately so we can get this resolved.

Order Cancellations:
Orders that are not stocked or have not been shipped can be cancelled, before shipping. If  your order has been processed and shipped a 10% credit card surcharge fee will be applied. This is a standard fee that credit card companies charge us to refund a credit card. No exceptions.

Return Policy:
If for some reason you are unhappy with your product, please contact us so we can resolve the situation if we need to take it back we will. However there will be a 25% restocking fee that applies to all returns. All returns must be made with in 21 days of invoice. All returns will be issued an authorization number, they will not be received at the loading dock with out one. We cannot accept return on body kits, or electrical items that are removed from original packing. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, any question on returns can be answered by one of our sales staff just contact us.
